Elegance Meets Industrial Charm in this Light, Airy, and Feminine Bridal Editorial

From Ming, the photographer:

The Dalhousie University Club has a rich history of being the old law library of the university, with its rich history and very ornate and detailed architectural work on the building. It's a perfect backdrop to this shoot. Exposed metal beams, authentic past century chandelier lighting, tall ceilings, and arch stained glass windows lends itself to the vibe for this concept. Winding staircase leading to which provides a picturesque for couples on their walk to the wedding hall, with all authentic and well preserved wooden doors and banisters, what's not to love!

The copper arch in its natural unpainted state, the wooden cake tray and industrial-looking metal stand, copper cake stand and the greenery draw your eyes to the focal point. Industrial string lights complement the design and the blush voile softens the look.

The design concept is to show elements in less refined forms, the cake alludes to a wall plaster/concrete, much like you would find in an industrial setting.”
