Brandy and Scott eloped in June with an incredibly intimate ceremony for just the two of them at the Villa Terrace Decorative Arts Museum, which was built in the style of an Italian Renaissance villa by David Adler in 1923, followed by a sweet and romantic picnic. kbattlephotography captured their day!
A Villa Terrace elopement in Milwaukee, WI
We read our hand-written vows outside on the Terrace de Luna with tranquil views overlooking the Villa's Renaissance Garden, a garden featuring the classic elements of a 16th-century Tuscan landscape, with Lake Michigan just beyond. Afterward, we walked down to the garden for a romantic, celebratory wine and cheese picnic (with wedding cake cupcakes!) as husband and wife. For any couples thinking about eloping, I say do it! The intimacy and laid-back feel only added to what will always be remembered as the most romantic day of our lives. – Brandy
