A Scottish castle nestled away in a snow-covered landscape made a fairytale setting for Donna and Jason’s planned elopement last March. Their trip to Edinburgh included everything you would expect – a breathtaking castle, bagpipes, knight’s armor and even authentic weaponry! The photographer, Jenny of Jenny Evelyn Photography, was a friend of Donna’s from high school, so she accompanied the couple to their snowy destination. The ceremony included bagpipe playing and Scottish blessings, surrounded by the stunning stained glass and architecture of Dalhousie Castle.
I am awestruck by the majesty of the castle. Donna and Jason are a beautiful couple, and her gown, paired with her snow-white fur wrap and those gorgeous shoes, is simply magical.
