An autumn wedding in the historic town of Franklin, TN
Dani’s favorite place in the world is Franklin, Tennessee – a historic, quaint town with white picket fences about 30 minutes south of Nashville. The buildings in the heart of the city date back to the Civil War and pre-Civil War eras. Dani and James’ autumn wedding was at a church that was established in the 1800s; she chose it because she loved the tradition of a bride and her father ringing the church bell prior to walking down the aisle. When the ceremony ends, the bride and groom then ring the bell announcing their marriage! At the reception, much of the décor focused on different textile patterns; each bouquet and table featured a unique fabric. They also had a dessert bar with mini pies and mason jars filled with sweet treats. One of the highlights of the evening was Dani meeting her father on the dance floor for a spin while wearing her mother’s wedding dress. The Collection captured their charming Southern celebration!
